Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at radiantmalas@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused. The item(s) must be returned in the Radiant Malas branded bag (with gemstone description card) and all original shipment packaging to avoid damage. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost on returns.

Custom orders may not be returned.
Sale items may not be returned. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your item has been returned in excellent condition, we will approve your refund. If there are any damages, missing items, or if it appears that the item has been worn or used, we will not approve your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Restringing

We will happily restring a mala previously purchased through Radiant Malas for $40. Please contact us at radiantmalas@gmail.com.
